Secretary:

Meghan Radillo:

Throughout the years, Megan had aspirations of becoming a news anchor, lawyer, and in her early years, even a mermaid and a nun (despite not being Catholic). However, when right before her 2004 high school graduation she was asked to cover the front desk while interviews took place for a permanent receptionist, it was clear that Megan was the right fit and her aspirations of becoming a finned sea creature were put on hold. Instead, she manned the phones for Martindale Investment Properties and Executive Suites while pursing her Liberal Studies degree at Azusa Pacific University. She did what any good college graduate would do and upon receiving her degree, she opted not to go back to school to get her teaching credential, as planned. Determined to put her hard earned (and expensive) education to good use, Megan progressed toward managing the ever-expanding Martindale portfolio to the best of her ability. Was it what she planned on doing? No. Was Property Management something she excelled at? Some would say so! With years of experience under her belt, Megan knows better than to claim she has seen it all (though she has dealt with some doozies!) and is always up for a challenge. She is experienced in the management of single family housing, multi-family housing, commercial rentals, and vacation rentals. She prides herself on doing the right thing, no matter the cost. Megan’s greatest accomplishment is her daughter, Francesca Lyn, who (with the help of her incredibly handsome husband, Freddy) was born in February 2014. Megan loves to travel, cook, and make people laugh. She has a heart for others and loves serving where she can."
